The Annual Public Meeting for Pocatello Legion Baseball has been scheduled:

The purpose of the meeting is to review the 2022 season and elect new members to the Board of Directors. We have several positions available for next year and are looking for people who would like to maintain the Legion website, run our social media pages, and work to make the program the best it can be. We are also looking for an assistant treasurer. If you've been thinking about getting involved, now is a great time to do so. Tryouts for the upcoming legion baseball season are scheduled for May 23rd and 24th. Players will be divided into two groups: 10th through12th grades, and 8th through 9th grades. All tryouts will be held at Halliwell Park. Detailed information, including start times, format, and registration, can be found on the "Tryouts" page on our website. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING

Wednesday, February 10th at 7:00 PM

Veterans Memorial Building

300 North Johnson


We have received permission to move forward with our Public Meeting with the following limitations and safeguards:


Meeting capacity will be restricted to what we can safely accommodate. We will have designated overflow areas and ask all attendees to be cooperative with instructions.


All attendees will be required to wear an appropriate face mask (cloth, surgical, N95) during the meeting.


All attendees will need to use hand sanitizer as they enter.


Attendees will need to maintain safe social distancing throughout the meeting. Immediate family members may sit together.


The meeting will be kept as short as possible.


Anyone showing signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19 infection, or with a known exposure, should not attend.



We will be holding an election for members of the Board of Directors.


For anyone not able or not comfortable with attending the meeting due to COVID-19 concerns, but would still like to participate: a board representative will be available at the entrance to the building an hour prior to the meeting. You may stop by, cast your vote, and sign up to receive a copy of the meeting summary via email.


We will accept nominations until Tuesday, February 9th.
